Can I cancel my order?

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled. If you have concerns about your order, please contact support@infinitewine or call us at 1-407-331-WINE (9463). Due to the limited availability of our ultra-premium fine wines, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Once the wine has been shipped from our cellar, the sale is final.

What do I do if I don’t like my wine purchase?

Everyone has a different palate. Our goal is always to provide you with as much information as possible to assist you in making a selection that you will appreciate. Infinite Wine guarantees that all of our fine wines are of an ultra-premium quality. Please contact Infinite Wine at support@infinitewine.com or call us at 1-407-331-WINE (9463) if you have any questions or if you would like assistance in choosing your wines.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged?

Infinite Wine takes great care to ensure that your shipment arrives undamaged. If you believe your shipment is damaged please contact Infinite Wine at support@infinitewine.com or call us at 1-407-331-WINE (9463) within 5 days of receiving the package so that we can determine a suitable solution. We may request that you return the damaged product to us or provide us with a photo of the damage so that we can determine how to avoid issues of a similar nature in the future.

How do I return my wine?

Infinite Wine must be contacted at support@infinitewine.com or call us at 1-407-331-WINE (9463) within 5 days of receiving the wine. If your wine was damaged in transit, or you received the wrong vintage or selection, we will offer a replacement or credit towards future wine purchases on the wine itself, not the shipping and handling. Replacement or credit for future wine purchases will be issued once Infinite Wine receives the wine back from the customer. We cannot take back any empty bottles.
