How long will it take for my order to ship?

Wine orders typically ship via ground common carriers within two to three business days and will be delivered within two to six business days, depending on your location.

Can I have a product shipped internationally?

Not at this time, only domestic orders.

Can I track my order?

Yes! A tracking number will be in your confirmation email.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping varies from state to state. It depends on the type of shipping you choose (ground, two day, or overnight) and weight of the shipment.

Can I expedite shipping?

Yes you can! Two-day air and overnight are offered.

Why can’t wines be shipped to my state?

Will I have to sign for my package?

Yes! You must be 21 years of age or older.

What do I do if my tracking number doesn’t work?

It may take tracking information up to 72 hours to go live in the carrier’s system.

Are shipments insured?

Yes. If you receive a broken bottle or otherwise damaged order, please contact service@infinitewine.com or call us at 1-407-331-WINE (9463). Please take a photo of any broken or damaged products, as this may be a prerequisite for us to file a claim with the carrier.

Why is using natural cork in fine and rare wines significant?

From the moment wine is bottled it is continually evolving. The use of high quality natural cork ensures this process continues. Natural cork allows the wine to develop and age slowly in the bottle. The use of screw caps, synthetic and glass closures, will not allow the wines to develop to full maturity. Occasionally, due to the use of natural cork, bacteria can come into contact with the wine and cause it to become contaminated “corked”. Also, if there are pinholes in the cork, this can allow oxygen to penetrate the wine, and can adversely affect the wine, resulting in premature aging.
